Lisa opened the studio in July 2019 to give students a slow, mindful style of yoga. Her expertise lies in teaching adults who want to maintain their independence as they age. Students are drawn to her playful style and calming voice.
She has practiced yoga for 50 years, is a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher with over 500 hours of training, and holds acertification in Yoga for Healthy Aging.
"Mack" is a novelist, martial artist, and life/wellness coach and yoga teacher. After suffering a life-threatening injury, he relied on his spirit and yoga pratice to learn how to use his body again and find balance.
He spends his time utilizing the art/science of yoga to help others find purpose and maintain a positive center. Mack is enrolled in both RYT-500 and yoga therapist training.
